Our journey began with a belief that details matter, organization creates clarity, and well-planned moments leave lasting impact. What started as a passion for coordinating gatherings has grown into a professional practice supporting individuals, nonprofits, and small businesses with both celebration and structure.
From early experiences setting the table for family gatherings to coordinating special milestones, we learned the importance of presentation, care, and connection. Over time, that love for bringing people together evolved into a commitment to helping communities and organizations thrive.
With over 8 years of nonprofit event planning, we’ve had the honor of designing experiences with purpose, sensitivity, and impact. From memorials and community celebrations to large-scale fundraisers, we understand how to balance creativity with logistics, and compassion with professionalism. These moments have deepened our appreciation for how events can strengthen relationships and inspire change.

In addition to nonprofit work, our success in creating meaningful events often led to opportunities for more personal milestones. We’ve planned birthdays, anniversaries, and intimate gatherings, as well as memorial services filled with meaning and care. Asheena and her team designed and decorated her father’s entire memorial—complete with keepsakes and obituary design—an experience that reinforced the honor and responsibility that comes with guiding others through life’s most important moments.
